What are your prices?
We operate a fixed pricing model, so you’ll always know the cost of a case before we start the work.
Please contact us, and one of our team will be happy to provide further details.
How do we pay you?
We invoice on, or shortly after, the first working day of the month, for any cases completed and signed off by your Compliance Department (where required) in the previous calendar month.
We collect invoices by Direct Debit, using the GoCardless system. It’s fully automated and one less thing for you to worry about.
How do I submit my cases to you?
You will receive logins for our case management system, ProWorkflow, where you can upload your cases, track case progress and communicate with the assigned paraplanner.
If you ever misplace the link to our system, you can click the ‘Adviser login’ button in the menu at the top of the page.
How do we pass files and client data to one another?
Our team will happily work within your back office office system, we have extensive experience with Xplan and Intelligent Office.
If we don’t have access to your back office system, then we can also share documents via our system, ProWorkflow.

Will our client data be secure?
All IT systems used by us to access, process and store client data, are 100% cloud based and fully comply with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR).
When you onboard with us, we’ll provide a copy of our GDPR Policy, providing the detail to show how we keep client data secure.
Will you use our company templates?
For Quilter advisers, we work from the network’s templates – as we find this offers the path of least resistance for Compliance file checks.
For directly regulated firms, we can either work from our templates, or yours. In some situations, we’ll work together to create suitability templates for you.
Where's the catch?!
There isn’t one! We’re happy working with no retainers or minimum case volume commitments.
Quite simply, we hope that we’ll do a good enough job that you’ll want to continue working with us, and not because you feel you have to!
With over 10 years in business, it’s an approach which has served us well.
